In Winter Season, excluding Christmast, Winterholidays and Eastern, rent is 1700€ / week.
Christmast, New Year, Winterholidays and Eastern 2100 / week.
Daily rentrate: 700€/ day + 20€ / person + 150€ cleaning fee (cleaning includes sheets and towels).
Hot tub rate is 150€/week
Minimun rentperiod on season is one (1) week. In offseason as agreed.
