Welcome to Luppoaika
Luppoaika cottage is a brand-new (completed in 2008), comfortable and easy-to-use locatioin both for companies (meetings, team events, employee relaxation) as well as for private use. The cottage sleeps 11 people in 4 separate bedrooms and its area of 150 square metres provides the space to enjoy it as a single group, or the opportunity for more individual privacy, This cottage was especially designed for working teams of 4 – 11 people or for 1-2 families enjoying a holiday together.
The cottage is fitted out to a high specification with – ceramic cooker, convection oven, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle. In addition there is a dedicated Utility room housing a washing machine and tumble dryer. There are also 3 toilets.
There is a beautiful and spacious sauna, 3 showers and a hot tub outside on the terrace. The terrace itself is a wonderful place to relax during the day - not to mention, viewing the beautiful sunset that can be enjoyed from the hot tub. There is also a gas fired barbeque on the terrace
In Luppoaika much attention has been paid to ease of use and safety. There are electric smoke and carbon monoxide detectors as well as a security alarm. The cottage also contains a mechanical ventilation system. Much of the furniture has been specifically designed for the cottage, with the bar furniture having been made by a local carpenter.
There is a car porch in front of the cottage which contains electric sockets
for keeping car engines warm in the Winter.
Bedroom Accommodation:
2 rooms for two persons (either as double bed or two single beds)
1 room for three persons (one bunk bed and one single bed)
1 room for four persons (four single beds, which can be joined if
preferred)
